[BUG] Wrong translation for Rough Gem Joker

The Rough Gem Joker awards $1 for each Diamond suit card scored. In the german version "diamond" should be translated to "Karo". Instead it is translated to "Kreuz" (clubs), which is misleading.

Also, the translation for spades should be "Pik", not "Piks".
