100,000K

Is there a good strategy for 100,000K in this game? I understand that this can be achieved with many high quality jokers, but finding them all is quite difficult. Is there something that will always work?

I disagree. Simple xMult cards are nice, but comparatively weak to other cards. What you want is a card with a growing xMult. Hologram, Vampire or the one working with planets. Combine them with a good support joker and you can get into the x10-mult or above.
DNA works great with Hologram. Every round gets you an additional 0.25 xMult and you might end up with 40 aces. Vampire is a dream with Midas mask on a face heavy deck. Every face card you play turns into gold and then gets vampired for +0.2xMult. That one ended up at x18.
With those my best hands ended up at 20.000k and 24.000k, which I think is a good step towards 100.000k.

Yes, order of execution can make an enormous difference. If you have a joker A with +4 mult, another B with +8 mult, and a third C with x2 mult;

ABC = 24
CAB = 12
ACB = 16
BCA = 20

Be sure to read the jokers though because it isn't quite this simple, and some trigger at specific times instead of the usual trigger time.
