Every $5 you have at the end of the round, you earn $1 as interest.
You can earn a maximum of $5 if you hold $25 at the end of the round.

oh and have 2nd question - how can i earn stickers for Jokers, i have now 0/1200 of them

Each joker gets a sticker the color of the highest stake you've won with it. The sticker achievement requires you to beat gold stake with all jokers (using any decks).

i must use 150 jokers on gold stake? or i dont understand something in this mode :)

Not all in one run of course. Each of the 150 jokers have to be present at the end of any of your winning gold stake runs.
