If you've got your Jokers pretty set, and you're running Hologram, and your deck doesn't particular care about what cards you actually play... then it's good.
Elsewise, yeah. Honestly, the shop Playing Cards should probably always have at least 1 enhancement of some kind.
Yeah, I just mean that it's hard to imagine wanting to do that, given that the outcome seems less impressive than the standard state of finding jokers, planets, and tarot in the shop, instead.
