Retroactive Quality of life suggestion

Make Jokers with "per tarot card or planet card used" mult increases Retroactive.
example: Joker card (constellation) +.1 Xmult per planet card used) and I already used 3 planet cards and I now find constellation on ante 4 but it only give me base 1x instead of counting the cards I used to that point for the run.

The ones that are supposed to be retroactive already are. We can only surmise it was an active decision by LocalThunk to make the non-retroactive ones not be retroactive.

Mmm, and what about the lucky cat? It isn't retroactive, yet, if you don't build many lucky cards and find it very soon, is always useless. Find the lucky cat after a few ante, you can just forget it. It gives 0.2x par lucky activation.. Often not worth it.. The planet one, I understand, too strong if retroactive. Lucky Cat might be retroactive, it wouldn't be ridiculous.

Is there a different wording for which are and are not retroactive? If not, there definitely should be. Same thing with for example Castle and Ancient joker differences (Castle chooses from suits in your deck, ancient chooses any).

I would suggest adding this as an unlockable card or perhaps a new card type altogether as a new base edition, and not something available at all on White Stake difficulty.
