With Shortcut on top of that, it becomes crazy because even 2467 is a straight.
Push it one more step. With those 2 jokers, if you have 2467K, where all cards are spades except for the 7 of diamonds then what? 2467 is a straight, and 246K is a Flush. So the 5 cards make a... straight flush!
In this case, not having Shorcut would change nothing at all.
