Interesting tip for the Serpent boss (spoiler warning)

For context, this boss has the ability 'Always draw 3 cards after playing or discarding a hand'

This can be either a really easy or really difficult boss depending on my build. Anyway, today I learned that the boss ability makes you draw 3 cards regardless of how many you discard. so you can discard 1 card, and you will get 3. it will even put your hand over the card limit, i got up to 11 / 8 cards this way.

knowing this, this might have instantly become one of the easiest bosses in the game.

I don't know about *easiest* but sure, it makes it easier knowing how to play against it/around it.

Downside, if you've built towards playing Flushes, you play 5 and draw 3. Now you're two cards short.

yeah this boss still hurts most with any build that uses 5 card hands.

i'm curious to see how many cards i can stack in my hand using this strategy though
