Can someone explain to me some cards description?

1) What is the meaning of played card? The most noticeable one is "splash", every played card is count as scoring? Does it mean if it put 2 pairs and 1 single card, it counts as 2 pairs and 1 high card?

2) Half Joker = " +20 Mult if played hand contains 3 or fewer cards ". Im confused with this description because is it the cards I played to score or the cards im holding in my hand size? ( I dont think its the latter but the only way I can think of how to use Half Joker is only using pairs and high card ).

3) Negative cards = Havent gotten them yet but I'm assuming it just allows you to slot in 1 more joker slot despite being capped?

No, it just means that last card will count in the scoring. It's still a 2 pair hand, but the single card will add chips as well as whever effect/joker it triggers.

You have to play three or less cards, rehardless of how they score. Three of a Kind, Pair and High Card are all valid hands for that.

Yes. If you can normally only have five, it lets you have six total including the Negative one.

Btw how does interest work in the game? Is it if you dont spend any money, it adds up or as long as you have money, interest will occur?

Any $5 you have when the end of round money popup comes gives you one extra dollar, up to a max of +$5. There's some ways to raise that cap, through vouchers.
There's also the To the Moon joker which gives an extra $1 per $5, but I'm not sure how this interacts with the cap yet.
