Does the Shortcut interact with this at all?
I had the joker that allows flushes and straights with only 4 cards, got it as AKQJ
You need both Shortcut and Four Fingers.
What do you mean need? You can definitely just play an actual royal flush and get it.
The ace is non-negotiable I think.
Read the context, dude. You can do it without, the question was does it interact with Shortcut? and the answer to that question is "Yes, but you also need Four Fingers."
As in it needs to contain four of AKQJT and be a straight (with skips)?
So AQJT8 is a royal flush, but AQJ97 is just a straight flush? Or does it need four of AKQJ?
