Bug: planet cards sell/use

1. Have a planet card in a consumable slot
2. Click and hold the left mouse button on the SELL tab
3. Drag the mouse down to the USE tab, it will indent to show it's the target
4. Release the left mouse button

Sometimes it sells, sometimes it does nothing, but it doesn't USE. May affect other consumable types as well, not tested.

I had my cursor in the wrong place when I clicked
