Switch version...?

I'm kinda confused, did the switch version actually get an update? On the Switch's menu it says ver. 1.0.2. In game it says 1.0.0c-FULL. Um...wat? Even tried exiting the game and restarting.

Don't have a switch so no idea if the latest patch changes are live there, but console games tend to have a rigorous check for each build by the console manufacturer, so it's likely it would lag behind in updates. That said, there's been exactly 2 updates here (although labeled j and k instead of c) so it might be the same.
Some developers hold back updates for all platforms until it can go live everywhere, but I personally think that's just screwing over some customers because of the choices made by other customers.
