Secret title screen card, how to unlock?
When you quickly take the mouse on and off the title screen ace of spades (or spam click it, not sure which) it changes to a locked card, anyone know what it is or how to unlock it?

If you mouse over it you'll see the conditions of a card you haven't unlocked, I think it just picks a random card you haven't unlocked yet,

It's just a selection of cards you haven't unlocked in your collection yet. Hovering your mouse over the card will tell you how to unlock it.

ah okay, i thought it was special because the conditions for it were "??????" just a bunch of question marks
