Will Wrathful Joker (+4 mult for spade cards) synergize with Smeared Joker (clubs counts as spades)? e.g will i get +4 mult for clubs? Thanks

Smear will indeed work with the suit jokers, yes. In fact, if you have club and spade jokers, both will trigger.
