Basically, once you get to a point where your first played hand (even counting discards) beats the bosses ante, you are making more per turn than your normal interest type deck (unless that deck has the +interest voucher).
Plus, you get the freedom of purchasing things you want at lower money amounts as you see them in the store... because you aren't beholden to interest. If you see a good voucher early, you can feel better picking it up with a green deck than other decks.
If you aren't struggling with the money it gives, then it's really no different than any other deck... you just haven't had a good run with Jokers you want then. There is no luck factor to it.
Vagabond is absolutely amazing on this deck if you happen to get it, Burglar is pretty dang great. Delayed Gratification can be pretty good if you're ahead of the curve already. (Of course I'd consider all of those "economy" so don't go making them your whole deck.)
Meanwhile something like Ride the Bus becomes worth a bunch less, since it effectively costs $2 for every +1 mult. Ceremonial Dagger is probably better here than on any other deck. You really need to re-contextualize everything, break some habits you probably built up.
Since you don't earn interest, you don't need to hold it, you can spend immediately what you have without worrying.
Understand when to use the Jokers with +chips, +Mult and xMult Jokers, use the enhanced cards well (glass / steel cards and red seal are your friends) and upgrade your most played hands with celestial packs.
The deck is like all the others if you don't have any problem with money.
Jokers are the most important part and you just had a bad Rng. Try again, this will work once.
If you still struggle, then i can only call the all-mighty "Skill issue" (I hope not)
