Does the Blank Voucher actually do nothing?
If so, just... why?
I've bought it 3 times now and haven't noticed anything.

After 10 times you buy it you unlock a new voucher that gives you +1 joker slot, you will also have to buy the blank voucher to be able to buy that unlocked one too in the future
