EDIT: Hex adds polychrome to a random joker and destroys all other owned jokers.
also, taking a standard joker with no bonus to polychrome is stronger than upgrading a holo/foil to polychrome. why would it be prevented?
EDIT: after checking in with the discord, it seems like wheel of fortune can’t be used if you only have jokers above standard edition either, so… either this is a deliberate design decision (which I don’t understand, as explained above) or it is indeed a bug.
EDIT: One was foil so it sounds like a bug?
