Which applied effects overwrite or combine?

It looks like seals (and gold coin on top of card) never overwrite other effects, but every other effect will stomp a previous one. So holo/lucky/mult/gold/foil card all overwrite each other. Am I right or wrong? If there's more I can combine when using tarot and spectre cards I'd like to know.

There are three buff that can be applied to a card at once:

-Enhancement (+Mult, +Chips, Stone, Lucky, Wild, Glass, Gold, Steel).
-Edition (Foil, Holo and Poly).
-Sticker (Blue, Red, Purple and Gold).

So you can freely change the effect within one tier and they won't interfere with the other.
