I don't know if the turtle bean (+5 hand size, -1 per round) is glitched or worded weirdly but every round it removes 1 had size from the card and your deck so if you sell it afetr 1 round you have just less hand size after a round, aka after one round its +4 hand size but -1 from your base deck too

It is not worded like that at all, nor does it work like that.
"+5 hand size, reducing by 1 each round." Pretty clearly states that the +5 is the only thing that reduces by 1.

No, it hits your base deck too. If you sell it, you'll permanently have fewer hand cards.
