How do you get to Ante 12+?
At Ante 12 the difficulty suddenly jumps to another level! If I remember correct the small blind was 7.6M... What build takes you to ante 13+?

I had a near perfect run that hit ante 15 today. Would have been higher if a rolled a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ Mime. It's very doable with the right setup.
I didn't quite make it to 12 but I had an incredibly wicked run where I had the joker that makes unplayed kings in your hand 1.5x, the joker that copies the joker to the right, and the Joker that retriggers hand effect cards (which I copied). I managed to get a ton of steel kings in my deck and just about any hand I played not including them got multiplied a ton of times. I eventually lost because I got some bad deals and didn't get enough kings in my hand, but on several hands I managed to exceed 10 billion chips when I got enough exponential growth by proccing enough 1.5x multipliers in a row.

Exponential growth
You can get past 12 with a very large X effect (e.g. you can get vampire to X20), but that will get stuck there
Basically the only way to get further than that is to find a way to trigger X1.5 or X2.0 effects several times for exponential growth (glass card, steel card, tikki, etc.).
Only time I managed to get past 12 was with baseball joker, blueprint copying it, and around 5 or 6 uncommon cards (got lucky with negatives), procing the X1.5 effect a total of 10-12 times, but even that gets stuck after ante 13).
Getting further than that you pretty much need to somehow get a full deck of steel cards and a way to proc each of them multiple times
Yeah I figure X is the key.

Highest I got was ante 17 with an utterly broken four of a kind deck focused mainly on face cards. Just all stars aligning. I scored single hands for trillions…. And then got completely blindsided by a boss blind that completely shut down my entire deck :(
Had this not happened, I could’ve continued. I was still clearing the chip requirements in single hands. ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ is this game addictive

I’ve seen some guy on youtube reaching ante 25 O_o
Perkeo (Legendary joker): Create a Negative copy of 1 random Consumable card in your possession at the end of the shop.
Observatory (dependant voucher of Telescope): Planet cards in your Consumables area give x1.5 Mult for their specified hand.
this combo seems the only way to grow exponentially by round. you will have a lot of negative planet card in consumable areas. cards like brainstorm/blueprint joker can speed up printing card.
suppose you get Perkeo at ante 2(by Spectral Card "The Soul"), and get brainstorm at ante 5, you may create about 60 negative planet card by ante 14, and about 1e10 additional multiplier.
Today I only made it to ante 11 with two pair build and chips mult jokers. But get crushed in final blind of ante 11 :taloslol:
As far as I know the optimal build's core is:

Triboulet - Played Kings and Queens give X2 mult when scored
Sock and Buskin - Retrigger all played face cards

Then expand with copies from Holograph / Invisible Joker, steel cards / red seals etc.
I got this to around ante 16 I think before I goofed while trying to figure out which joker was best to copy. Plus it was my first run with Painted Deck so I was a joker slot down lol >.<

So what I'm hearing is to get to the highest possible ante you'd probably wanna run blueprint/baseball, as many uncommons as you can along with mine (idk if that one is rare or uncommon) along with red sealed steal cards.

Now actually getting all of that is probably gonna take a hundred runs lol, but it seems strong.

Also glass cards, but my personal rng with glass cards is abysmal so I don't usually go them.
Yeah, my fourth run I got a setup that felt pretty broken. I got to ante 13 with two -1 ante vouchers. So idk if that's still considered ante 13 or if I was actually on ante 15.

Anyways, it was a flush build with blueprint (copying ancient joker and just playing whatever suit ancient was that round). ancient gives x1.5 for each of the selected suit for that round. I also had another joker that triggered 5 more x1.5s per round, totaling 15 or more x1.5 triggers. I had flushes at lvl 15 from the tarot cards. For half the run I also used seltzer, though it only works for 10 hands - so I'd just skip all blinds except for bosses.


Edit: I just saw someone mention red seal'd steel cards. I didn't even think about that interaction - yeah that would be amazing as well!
