Edit: What I mean is, why would you expect it to work with debuffed cards? They are effectively blank (no suit, no rank, no nothing).
I believe every individual Wild Card can only represent a single suit at a time, therefore you'd need 4 scoring Wild Cards for Flower Pot to trigger.
This isnt true though because if you have gluttonous + wrathful + lusty + greedy and a single wild card it will trigger all 4, so I don't know why a wild card wouldn't trigger flower pot
This example does not mean that a wild card should trigger flower pot. A wild card can be any one suit at a given time, such as when a joker needs certain suit, it is that suit, and then another joker needs another suit, it can be that suit, but not several suits at the same time, with "time" meaning "when looked at by a joker".
