Flush House not workinga

This used to be a special hand you could make in the demo, but when I made my first flush house, it downgraded my lv10 Flush to a Lv1 Full House. Is there something special you must do before you unlock the ability to score Flush Houses?

I've scored Flush Houses in the full game without any issue.
