Probabilities of different rarities / where the heck are my legendary jokers

Does anyone have the stats on how the different rarities are rolled? Things like common/ uncommon/ rare jokers, packs containing rare or spectral cards, legendary jokers, modifiers, etc... It'd be nice to know so I can evaluate if it's worth opening packs and rerolling to try and high roll for high value jokers. Especially if the probably changes between Antes. Also how rare are the legendary jokers? I've almost finished the collection and am working on gold ante but I've only ever found 1 legendary joker once with over 20 wins, many of which went deep into endless. That seems excessively rare unless I'm missing some trick.

I know you need the soul spectral card, I open almost every single spectral pack I see and have only found 1 soul card and 4 black holes in 20 hours. I feel like I'm missing something.

Black holes are especially weird - I've found two (I'm pretty sure, they're not tracked in stats), but both of them in one run. Feels like there's some requirement for them to show up.
