Late game, ditch all chip bonus and go all in for mult. You want 1 high level hand, maybe 1 mult generator joker, then mult multipliers. Plus maybe some utility jokers? I'll let you decide.
From what I have experienced, ante 3-5 are awkward because they are kind of in the middle, you have to transition from chips to mult, it can be tricky. Reach that point a few times and you'll get better, I promise. Surviving ante 1-2 should be easy.
And this is obvious, but as you unlock more and more vouchers and jokers, the game gets easier. It is a good investment to work on unlocking cards. For example, one joker requires you to discard a royal flush to unlock. That joker is really strong, so restarting 4-5 quick games to get that done with a specific deck is a game changer. Many powerful mult multipliers are also locked behind weird requirements, but they are totally worth the time investment.
Good luck!
Finally cleared the run thanks for the help. After resetting couple of time made a pair build work, got Stuntman and throwback joker early and it carried till the end. Stuntman and any xmult joker will work for plasma ig.
I would probably change the awkward ante levels from 3-5 to 4-7 instead, now that I think about it a bit more, but the general idea still holds. And if you want to push past ante 8 and go for high scoring hands, plasma deck leads to pretty insane stuff.
In the menus, go into collection.
For vouchers and jokers, you'll see which ones are still locked and if you hover any (or is it click?), you'll see what you need to do to unlock them. Some are a bit weird, I probably would have never unlocked some of them if I just played normally.
The royal flush is quite easy to achieve once you have access to a specific deck.
For example, let's say you play a pair of Kings with a normal deck.
Level 1 pair is 10x2
Add 10 chips for for each King and you'd have 30 x 2 = 60
But on the Plasma Deck, the chips and the multiplier are balanced out before calculating.
So instead of 30 x 2 = 60, you'd have 16 x 16 = 256!
