How long until your first win?
Just managed to get my first win and it feels like I took WAY too long and am pretty bad, so I wondered how long it took all of you to get your first one.

10 hours for me. 10... hours. Yes, I feel bad. But I'm having a blast trying every little thing.

Somewhere around 10h for me, though I wasted a couple trying to figure out why my PC doesn't save and loses all progress (still doesn't save, I gave up and moved to the deck)
My skill level with deckbuilders is E, I am really lost at figuring out what to do and what to avoid, like boosters packs (I usually avoid card boosters and focus on the others)
I am definitely looking forward to some guide for dummies

Jesus, not bad. Although I wonder how in the world you're doing that, but you have my respects!

About 8 hours.

But I already beat the demo once with the same deck.

Probably half of it is spent trying to replicate the flush deck in the demo then I gave up and just went with the flow instead.
Finally I beat it with two pairs.

6 hours for me as well, but according to steam achievements the average looks to be 1 hours per new deck unlocked. Which doesn't seem right...

2 hours, got really lucky with the 2 pair and double pairs + the blue deck saved me from a few bosses

Literally won my first run, as I somehow usually do in games like this, then lost for like 3 hours straight before getting close to another good run. xD

So I’m super bad at the game even tho I know the synergies, stacks, aligning jokers, etc.

At 1am I finally got a win after 25 hours! For all of you losing hope, it’s possible if a scrub like me can win.

I basically spent the first half of the run turning all my cards into just two suits, and then powering flushes with 7 jokers making $50k+ per hand mid and late game.

A blast!

5.2, but I got lucky with an insanely busted Pair LVL 12 combo.

3 hours

i think about 5 hours, then the next game on the red chips i won first try

Less than 1, less than 5 in the demo....but some of that was idle time

Flush decks are easy decks, the one that gives you $2 per hand and $1 per discard can get a bankroll going early

in the demo every run was a win, in base game with no steaks i would say 99% of them are a win with every deck but a few. at higher steaks some of the decks REALLY struggle to get off the ground at orange steak atm it feels like its 50/50 with the bad decks and like 75% with the good decks.

i think it's because i've been playing magic the gathering draft/limited for over ten years. the skill set is really analagous. you have to accurately evaluate the cards you're selecting and that has to change based on what you already have and the necessity of the circumstance. i think what's leaving a lot of players behind is they skip shops with bad jokers and then run up against a blind with too high of a score. like when you draft sometimes you have to just take a bad 5/6 vanilla creature or something because otherwise you'd have no top end whatsoever. using tarots right can be tricky, i definitely changed my tendencies with that a lot throughout my playthroughs. there's a lot of potential for making your decks better with how you choose tarots.

When I played the demo it took many many tries, I really don't remember how long.

For the full launch of the game, it took me only two tries and I got to Ante 11. I could not believe the numbers I was getting.

First win with the red deck took me like 3h but I’m stuck on the blue deck right now. Only made it to the final challenge once in 5h and then the blind was 300k which is just insane and I had such a good deck up to this point. Right now I feel like I’m in a bad situation. Don’t know what to do? Take another deck or keep on trying?
