How long until your first win?

Just managed to get my first win and it feels like I took WAY too long and am pretty bad, so I wondered how long it took all of you to get your first one.

10 hours for me. 10... hours. Yes, I feel bad. But I'm having a blast trying every little thing.

Why does it still say 0 out of 5 to unlock the challenge mode after I beat my first run is it because I clicked endless mode after I won???

13.7 hrs. no win yet, and I haven't unlocked anything substantial in a while.

Did you use a seed? Seeded runs don't count.

Less than 2 hours, I think it was my 3rd run. Never played the demo.
13 hours in I have 5 wins, including red stake.
I've reached 11 ante boss thrice (I always go endless after a victory) but never managed to beat it.

Won my first run. To be fair I got pretty lucky with my jokers, had three x mult jokers lined up at the end which made it sort of easy to score 20k or more hands. Also had lots of cash at one point which let me find good jokers, planet cards and card boosts.

well, nice to know i am not the only one with 7 hours without a win.
man this game is hard, sometimes i feel i am finally clicking and then i get ended almost as fast.

my 3rd or 4th run in the demo and when full game came out i finished every base stake pretty quick. black deck took me maybe 7 or 8 runs though it was a bit trickier. haven't had much time to play the last two days but i'm up to black stake.

i did it!, and only playing pairs leveled to 7, and jokers benefiting from playing 3 or less cards, i was scoring 100k in 2 or 3 hands, definitely following advice from here and other threads helped.
order of jokers matters, put your xmulti at the right end.
invest heavily in the planets you plan to play the most.

2.5 hours in and got my first win.
Won with a blackboard flush deck, had mostly just clubs and spades.
A spade flush would get me about 1m+ by the end and made it to the small blind of ante 12

I now try to focus more on whats been given to me. I happened to have two spare trousers early.. so double pair it is. never playing anything else..

5 or so hours and even then I was rusty as all hell been years since I played poker / hold em, had a real lucky run with jokers and money

5 hours without being aware of joker order, nor multX instead of mult+ lol

Took about 4 hours, over the course of which I was learning how this game functions differently from traditional poker. After my first win subsequent wins were all much easier and rather common.
