moving jokers during scoring phase

so you can apparently manually move jokers (and cards too I think) while the scoring is taking place

so I have a thought, I'm on a run with joker that copies ability of the one of his right, can you just move him from one place to other so that he procs all the time??? anybody tested it? it feels like its broken and shouldnt work like that but I don't want to throw a run to check if it works

doubt they can be moved mid animation.
I only found out now that the order of operations makes a big difference. my runs will be forever changed

i did move them during the animation phase, I was suprised u can do that, thaths why i wonder, you can try it out yourself
