End Run?

Can you not end a run? Say if my run turns bust and I want to collect whatever unlocks I may have accrued during, I don't seem to be able to do that outside of laying down crap hands. Only an option to start a new run is visible.

When I click New Run, it appears to skip any potential unlock screen. So I guess my follow-up question is, do you still unlock things restarting runs midway through? Cause I haven't seen evidence to suggest so yet.

Starting a new run is the same as losing the current one! Should see all unlocks when the new run loads

Only see new unlocks when I go to menu.

Using the Steam Controller Settings, I setup an Action Layer that I would toggle with R3, then mapped the R key to L3 so that all I have to do to restart is hold in the Left Joystick. I've had to do this before for previous roguelikes.
