Too Many Cards, Not Enough Mult

So I may of binged the game like an addict and unlocked most the joker cards allready and I'm starting to kind of notice an issue I had in binding of Issac, where you unlock many items to the point where you stop getting damage up reliably and just get wacky enablers.

Ive had a few runs get snuffed out because I just couldn't get any + mult in the shops for the first 2 ante's, just enablers,

It's not too bad, or anywhere as bad as it is in Isaac and I'm not sure of the best way to fix it but it's just something worth noting
