how does Loyalty Card work?

"X4 Mult for every 6th hand played"

Does that mean every 6 hands you get the bonus?

Or, you always get the bonus, but it increases over time the more hands you play?

If it still works like the demo, every 6th hand you get x4 to your mult, the other 5 times you get nothing. I'd be surprised if it grew over time, that'd scale a bit too hard.

I did got this card in one of my run here is my understanding of it :
You don't get the bonus each hand, only each 6th hand.
The bonus does not add 4 to your mult, it seems it multiplies your current mult by 4.

If you hover the card it tells you how many hands until it activates, the round counter persists across rounds.
The hand where it's going to activate it starts to jiggle.

Loyalty is one of the rare jokers that alerts you to it being 'active', a feature I really wish more conditional or timed Jokers did consistently.

Yeah got it again.

And the bonus only applies every 6th hand.

Yeah. For an uncommon card, it's noticeably worse than the common card that just gives 4x mult all the time.

There is no common card that gives 4x mult. There's only two jokers that give 4x, and they're rare and uncommon. Are you thinking of +4 mult?
