Plasma Deck for the home stretch of looking for specific jokers. Plasma can consistently take you to Ante 3-4 with eco for a stable run and can handle being down a joker slot.
Just keep plugging away, it will come
- Choose a deck that I enjoy playing with and feel confident getting normal gold stake wins with. At the moment this is blue deck, but most decks should be viable (the one that gives one less joker slot is probably the worst for the purposes of this challenge though).
- In the first couple of antes, try to have some kind of build start to come together that can either win with fewer than 5 jokers (so I can fill in with useless jokers at the end to check them off my list), or a build that actually involves a joker I'm trying to check off (this happens less often). I'm just hitting restart quite early on if I have a mediocre start.
- Take negative tags and the negative spectral cards more often than I would if I was just going for wins, but still trying to be a little sensible if it looks like I already have a build that's getting a new joker checked off my list.
- When I do get to the situation where I know I'm going to win and have the luxury of adding one or more useless jokers, prioritise taking those that will be hardest to check off under other circumstances, such as the food jokers.
It's probably not the most efficient, but I find I'm enjoying the game more this way than I was trying to actually make builds around jokers I hadn't checked off yet.
