Those planet cards are tied to special hands that are not part of regular poker. You need to play those hands at least once in a run, then in that same run you might find the planet cards, the same way you can find any other planet card from the shop or packs.

The special hands are:

Flush House: A full house, but with all 5 cards being of the same suit.

Five of a kind. Yep, name says it all.

Flush Five: Five of a kind, but with all 5 card being of the same suit
