So, the scores really get up there. Mine (when I got that achieve and unlock) was 5.66 billion (single hand) and there are screenshots around for NANEINF (that would be "NaN times 10 raised to the power of infinity" due to floating point precision, shows up at values of 2^1024 (10^308) or so) around Ante 39.

Came close a few times ending around e17ish score with anaglyph and ghost and an older plasma run, but those runs were still no where near the speed/power I managed to pick up on this one. So I'm a happy camper because that ante being darkened out in my collection was bugging me for quite a while and I really wanted to beat it "myself" on a proper random run.
I had an insane economy going which allowed me to pick up multiple negative jokers (pre-rental/eternal/perishable). My last round before e309 was e200-something which I thought was gonna be the limit and I was happy with that. Then I got to the killscreen ante and to my surprise my last round jokers pushed me to e309, which I didn't want to since it resets the high score.
This was on gold stake, pre-patch, erratic deck I believe. I'm one of those players who instead of getting better after the changes got significantly worse so I don't see this happening again anytime soon.
My high scores are usually 70m-100m nowadays. Like I said, 122m since that e309, so not much.
Not the most optimal build since my luck with multiplier Jokers wasn't great and I focused majority of the run on thinning my deck down with Trading Card for Tiny Hands achievement (deck with 20 or less cards) which made playing it extremely consistent, but ironically the run ended when I literally ran out of cards at Ante 14; I kept destroying non-Ace cards, cloned everything into Glass Aces that kept breaking, and didn't have the voucher that everyone keeps saying is the worst voucher ever which would have allowed purchasing more cards (saw barely any regular card boosters either).
