Pair and three of a kind are inside four of a kind

Didn't realize that until I got a run with the x2, x3 and x4 joker at the same time.
With a 23 king deck it was pretty nice.

Yes, just as when you make a straight flush it will activate jokers based on straights and flushes. Or if you play a flush that also contains a pair it will trigger pair jokers. And so on.

One exception to that kind of logic is that a four-of-a-kind doesn't count as two pairs (ie. Spare Trousers or any other "two pair" related Joker doesn't activate).

That's not an exception because two pair means two pairs of different cards. the jokers you talk about activate with full houses, because that's how two pair works.

Also something I noticed - Four of a Kind does NOT count as two pair. I kind of expected it to.
