Won with Nebula Deck, didn't count as a win?

Just won base difficulty with the Nebula deck but the win didn't seem to count, didn't unlock any achievement and doesn't seem to have counted towards unlocking challenge runs.

Is this a known bug? Is there any way to check previous runs?
Feels pretty disheartening to win and not make the progress.

Any notes?

EDIT :

Wasn't a seeded run and lost after going onto Ante 10 (?).
I was looking at the options and saw that there was an "unlock all" button. Clicked it but didn't confirm. Not sure if there's some bug with doing so that would cause this issue.
