How to win a run?

So yesterday I started playing the game and won my 2nd run. I closed the game, continued today and was wondering: What is the indicator for which blind is the last boss?

Today when I continued playing I was also somehow able to continue my old run (?) and failed it after Ante 10/8(???) with a 1,2M boss blind.

So how to know which blind is the final one? And what is Ante?

your joker setup needs 3 basic things covered - adding chips, plus multiplier, and x multiplier. ignoring one of those 3 elements or ignoring planets/tarots will often result in losing.

You win at Ante 8. You entered endless mode, which I assume is endless. Go to Collection > Blinds and you can see a list of Antes you have cleared, the list goes up to 16, but it's probably endless. So to 100% the game I guess you have to beat Ante 16, but there's probably and infinitely exponentially scaling Ante (or else Endless is a misnomer). Again, I am not sure since I have only beat 13.

It is. There's reports of people getting up to ante 24 or 25 and the game has no intrinsic limits, though I don't know if Lua supports BigInt, so you might hit an integer cap at some point.

You went into endless mode, wich scales extremely fast after the Ante 8 boss. If you plan on playing endless mode, you need a truly broken run with lots of steel cards with red seals and retrigger jokers, such as Mime and Baron.

I've gotten past ante 14 boss, wich required some number times 10 to the thritheenth power, wich I could only beat because I got a +6 hand slot for more steel Kings with red seals after skipping both blinds. I had two Barons and a Blueprint.
