Does smeared joker help with unlocks?

Specifically, if I were to have a smeared joker and get, let's say, four of a kind with 7 or spades, would that work to get the unlock for playing four 7 of clubs?

I can confirm for certain.
The hand_contents unlocks just call the Card:is_suit function which returns true both on wild cards and smeared joker fitting, besides of course the actual suit.

So yes, it works, or at least it should according to the code.
