FPS Cap
I'd love to be able to cap the FPS in game instead of having to dive into NVidia Control panel. Otherwise I'm getting crazy high FPS and my computer turns into a FURNACE.

Or will turning off VSync help with that?

VSync synces the FPS to the refresh-rate of your monitor, so turning it on actually locks fps.
