Open your save file as text (you'll need to decompress it, I used Python with Zlib.decompress and wbits=-zlib.MAX_WBITS)), and you should see "STATE": 9 at the start. Simply change this to "STATE": 8, then recompress the save and insert it back into the game. This will change your state from the bugged arcana pack, to the game thinking you've just completed the prior blind. It's not perfect (since we skipped the previous blind, not played it), but it will allow you to continue the run.
Since manually editing your state is a bit daunting, you can alternatively use this site to edit the raw data: https://balatro.shorty.systems/
There's probably a more accurate value you can set the state to, but this is enough to un-softlock the game and keep going.
