There's absolutely no way anyone has this achievement yet 100% legitimately. There have not been enough hours elapsed since release for anyone to have beaten the game that many times at gold stake with random crap Jokers. Even if you're an insomniac.

You don't do it with random crap jokers, you reset aggressively in like ante 1-3 until you get a run that looks promising to continue with to minimize time waste. That + knowing what you're looking for, + obviously playing at max game speed, and it's doable. Tiring? Absolutely, but doable.

Well presumably the way to go would be a combination of what you've said here, plus using anaglyph to spend the amassed doubles on a negative tag towards the end, buy all those terrible jokers from the shop and then you at least get several new gold stickers from those.

Considering how much the stars have to align to make a winnable gold stake run and the fact that you either need to specifically get an extra joker slot or have a build that is so powerful you can afford to waste a joker slot, and then you also need to get lucky and actually find the joker(s) you haven't used on gold, I maintain that the game is too new for anyone to have done this legitimately. I've been able to play this game a lot more than I usually am able to play games, and even in the amount of time I've played I've only beaten gold stake a couple times and haven't even unlocked it with every deck.

And I definitely don't believe someone who only has ~100 hours total has done it.

I'm not going to say I'm great at the game, but I only have 127 hours and haven't even unlocked Gold stakes on any deck yet.

I would need to spam another 200 hours just to find the specific legendary jokers I needed on gold stake. So I used a macro to reset runs over and over until the first blind skip had a Mega Arcana Pack tag that contained a Legendary Joker that I was missing. This took about a day to get the last three runs together

Yeah, 80 hours of regular play, followed by 60 hours of manual grinding, followed by twenty more running a macro looking for seeds.

Wrong! The macro doesn't speed up anything; it takes the same amount of time to restart runs looking for mega arcana tags as if you were doing it manually. It's just a way of automating one of the more laborious and unfair luck-based elements of the challenge.

I think running a macro for starting seeds is a legit and clever way of making the challenge more doable, because you'd still have to go on to actually play the runs and make correct decisions yourself.
