I havent seen any other legendary cards yet, but i can tell this is probably the worst one.

23 discards for a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ times 3 multiplier???

"over the moon" gives you TIMES 13 MULTIPLIER FOR EVERY QUEEN YOU HAVE!

is this some kind of cruel joke? is this card intentionally ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ for laughs?
that is literally the only conclusion i can come to as to the "legendary" rank this card has.

There is a big difference between a + multiplier and a x multiplier. Shoot the Moon *adds* 13 to your multiplier for every queen in your hand. Yorick *multiplies* your multiplier by 5 (not 3). Suppose you have 30 multiplier from other sources and two queens in hand. Shoot the Moon will give you 30+26 = 56 total multiplier. Yorick will give you 30x5 = 150 total multiplier.

It's 5x multiplier, unconditionally once you hit 23 discards.
Shoot the moon (not over) gives +13 mult, not x13, per queen. Which if you don't have tons of queens and large hand size, doesn't do crap.

thats pretty dang good, you can shuffle your jokers around to choose which adds their multiplier first

Mult multiplier is perhaps one of the strongest effects in the mid to late game, especially when you have more than one going, alongside retrigger (seen on Hack, seltzer, Dusk, and Buskin, as an example) and scaling (such as on Flash Card or Spare Trousers).

I believe Yorick is the strongest flat, unconditional mult-mult in the game.
