Quick question about joker card, "all cards considered face cards"

I've checked the guides and nothing really helps. I've used this card once or twice and I feel like nothing changes. When I have something like a straight 2,3,4,5,6 they don't count as 10 points each like a face card would. Is there something I'm not seeing? thanks!

Their rank doesn't change, but they do count as face cards. For anything that asks for face cards, now anything will count. There's jokers that give +mult/chips for each face, Photograph does x2 for first face card, there's a joker that turns face cards into gold, there's a legendary related to it, etc.

AFAIK it's for Jokers that have effects on face cards. Said jokers now count the number cards as face cards too. Meanwhile their rank stays the same.
