Weird Graphical Bug

Weird graphical bug that happens after I close Balatro after this past update. Only one monitor seems to be affected, but it leaves my entire monitor looking washed out. And if i watch any kind of video on it, the video seems to have some super weird filter on it. Only happens when I play Balatro. Ive been able to fix it a couple times by using ctrl+win+shift+B but i'm super curious why its happening. I dont not have HDR enabled on my pc because when I stream on discord it makes the games look super bright. So thats been disabled for a long time.
