Showman joker?

can someone explain to me how exactly it works, I end up selling it a lot because I can't tell what exactly it's doing, lol

Normally it isn't possible to obtain a duplicate of a Joker or a consumable card you already have in your consumable slots. Showman allows duplicates to appear such as in the shop.

This could be very powerful if you get second copies of particularly strong Jokers, for example.

Just won a run on blue stakes because of him, he got me a second foiled throwback. You can also use him with telescope and guarantee having two same planets when opening jumbo planetary pack I guess. Seems like a strong joker to pull off for early-mid game from my experience.

Showman is pretty luck-dependent. It works best if you are rerolling the shop a lot and/or have Overstock vouchers, so you have more chances to find the Jokers you want multiple of.

Do note that scaling Joker copies will start at their base scaling, though, no getting a X10 Vampire from the shop
