New patch got rid of PlayStation button icons?

Was working fine before the patch, saw the right buttons and everything.

Now hilariously 8 days past this and still not fixed.

Well, it mostly has to do with this being a Steaminput translating all controller inputs to xbox oneand not actually a bug with the game. And since Steaminput being turned on whenever available despite not being needed is a user issue...

I have steaminput turned off in my Steam settings, a recent update to Steam forced it to have xbox buttons on all games I've tried updating Steam, I've tried turning the setting off and on again, I've tried rebooting my PC, I've tried joining the Steam beta update and none of it has brought back my PS5 buttons, this isn't a "user error" situation, this is Steam being buggy and showing the wrong glyphs despite settings for said glyphs being turned off.

Steam really needs to fix this because it's driving me nuts, I assumed that Palworld just didn't have PS5 buttons so I just left it, but Balatro started out with PS5 buttons then one day randomly swapped to Xbox buttons and no matter what I do in my settings it stays as xbox buttons, if it were as simple as turning a setting on/off then that SHOULD have fixed it when I turned it off, however it didn't.
