Is Misprint somewhat predictable or is it entirely random?

Does anyone know if Misprint has a select group of multipliers or does it legit pick a random number and add it to the multiplier?
I've seen it hit +16,+0,+10 and +5, but I do wonder if there is a group of numbers it picks from or if it does just choose a random number?

It's between +0 and +23, inclusive. It is truly random, or at least as random as anything else in the game.
Actually, I never verified if you're guaranteed the same results if you do a seeded run, but I'd honestly be surprised if it used a different pseudorandom function than everywhere else in the code.

At most if you have two Mistprints, they will produce different +Mult and rarely in sync, so it's RNG dependent. This Joker is a hit or miss, you definitely gamble on it carrying you in some desperate situation.
