I would not change anything about it for ante 1-8. However, past ante 8, I'd be okay with increased odds of getting one. Else, how long until I get a Triboulet endless going, without copying a seed?
2x to 3x more likely to get a Soul past ante 8 would not guarantee getting one by ante 12, for example, but I'd be happy with that. Make it more common than that and it no longer feels special, which would ruin it for me.

Also, what is there to fix? For two of your friends it's working just fine; it's only you having bad luck with it, and there will always be outliers to the bell curve. Embrace your isolation!
