"The Soul" card showing chance is too low.

After playing 20 hours of Ghost Deck, I finally unlock Legendary achievement.
Dev really should slightly increase the chance of "The Soul".

03/02 note: *I think Dev did increase the chance now, I can feel it. (Or maybe just start getting lucky?)

Got the Soul card within my first hour of playing Balatro. Don't give up! I had no idea what was going on until it was too late.

Nearly 30hrs in-game time, completed white stake runs across several decks, up to purple/orange with one, and bought almost every tarot/spectral pack I've seen, and have yet to encounter a single one of these. Meanwhile I must've found ~5 black holes...

I really wish the chance of finding one would increase slightly the more jokers you've discovered; especially if you've also encountered every other consumable card like I have. Not sure it's fair to remain at 0.3% when I've managed 125/150 of them.

It's a flat 0.3%, regardless of number of jokers discovered. The odds are the exact same for black hole, so technically you're not failing to roll the odds, just getting the wrong one of the two.
That said, black hole shouldn't appear in tarot packs, only planet and spectral ones.

I have played more than 30 hours. However I haven't meet any "black hole". and also "The Soul" only twice. Because I have spent so much time, I start to think that these cards are worthless. This is no different from you not having designed these cards.

But considering you said Ghost Deck, we had a thread earlier asking if Soul can show up in the show with that deck. Can you confirm if it ever did?

Buy more tarot packs, I guess? There's only a 0.2% chance you wouldn't see one if you've seen 2000 tarot cards, which is less than 10 tarot packs per hour.

Literally just redeemed 10 Mega Tarot pack and no Soul, at all. It's indeed ultra rare.

Just found my first one, and then another in the following run! Typical. Both gave me the same legendary as well...

It is too rare imo. Some of the legendaries are really fun to use and by the time one comes up in a run you're probably not in the best position to use it effectively. Also I only have 2 legendary cards left for 100% completion and it's not fun trying to hunt them down.

I didn't know about the soul at all and in my first ten hours of the game I got two souls back to back from different arcana boosters. Then I sold one of the jokers cause it didn't help me lol.
