Full jokers already - ok to buy a Negative?
In my current run I've got 5 jokers ready & want to hang onto them
I'm being offered a Negative joker in the shop (+1 joker slot )
Does it proc for itself / create its own slot, or will I be wasting the cash?
Could go either way, appreciate conf if anyone tried it

I mean, you can literally just try and buy it and see what happens... if it doesn't fit the game will tell you it doesn't fit...

You basically always want to buy negative jokers if you can afford them, unless the effect is completely useless to your deck or actively harmful.
