missing blueprint joker after unlocking it?

It said I unlocked the blueprint joker but it doesn't look unlocked and I haven't seen one yet. Is this a bug?

I noticed that sometimes when you unlock something if you haven't seen it on a run it shows up as a ? in the collection even though it is unlocked. The locked version shows a padlock.

Jokers can be "locked" and "undiscovered". The locked jokers show up with a padlock and requires you to accomplish a goal to "unlock" it (i.e Blueprint = "beat a run"). Once it's unlocked, it will show up with a ? card, this means it now has the chance to show up in shop, booster pack and Judgement. At this point, you have to "discover" it by buying it during an unseeded run, this will reveal the joker in your collection and you can check its stats and rarity.
