Cloud Save partially resetting progress

I downloaded the game on a new computer (one that I had previously played one of the demos on, don't recall if it was the most recent on or the one before that) Before doing so, I had unlocked the first 10 decks, along with completing a lot of collections like Tarot, Planet, Spectral, Booster Packs, etc.

Upon launching the game on this new computer, it started giving me unlock pop ups for things I had already unlocked, like Blue Deck. I have the White Stake for Red, Blue, Yellow decks and can select the Red Stake for them, yet the decks that are unlocked by winning with Red, Blue and Yellow and now re-locked (yet they have the White Stake sticker on them since I've won runs with them)

When I started a run, it gave me unlock popups for a few more things I had already unlocked, but now it looks like my Joker progress is completely reset (5/150) along with pretty much everything else, aside from what I saw on the new run (which, potentially relevant, was a seeded run because I was going to play "competitively" with a friend)

If I click on my profile in the bottom left of the main menu, it still says I have 8 wins.

I've already run the game on my "original" computer, so I'm guessing there is no way to recover from this. Luckily I love the game and it won't be too rough unlocking everything again. Let me know if there is any other information or data I can provide to help fix this for others in the future
